Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? We have answers. This page provides general information about our facility, policies, and services. For questions related to your specific goals, we invite you to schedule a free consultation and facility tour with our team.
1. How do I get started at Lions Wellness & Longevity Center?
Your path begins with a free, no-obligation consultation and facility tour. During this appointment, we will discuss your personal health and performance goals, introduce you to our seven advanced technologies, and explain how our services can be structured to support your objectives. This ensures your program is safe, effective, and built around you.
2. What makes your center different from a regular gym or spa?
We are a performance recovery lab. Our key differentiator is the integration of goal-oriented training with a suite of advanced wellness technologies. While a gym focuses on the stimulus (the workout), we focus on the complete cycle of stimulus and recovery. Our approach is personalized, technology-driven, and designed to produce tangible outcomes in a professional, lab-like environment.
3. Do I need to be a professional athlete to use your services?
Not at all. Our clients include athletes, busy professionals, and any individual serious about investing in their health. Our programs are customized to your current fitness level and goals, whether you are a beginner looking to restart a fitness routine or an elite competitor seeking an edge.
4. Which services or programs are right for me?
The best services for you depend entirely on your individual goals. This is why our process starts with a comprehensive consultation. Our expert team will help you understand which technologies–from HBOT for cellular support to Cryotherapy for rapid recovery–align with the outcomes you want to achieve.
1. How much do your services and memberships cost?
We offer transparent single-visit pricing for our services. However, our programs and memberships are customized based on your specific goals, the technologies used, and session frequency. We create these personalized plans during your free consultation to ensure you are only investing in what you need.

- InfraCouch Red Light Therapy: $85
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy:$129
- InfraBike (aka InfraStar or VacuuBike): $55

Yes, we offer a standalone monthly membership for access to our private, professional-grade training floor for $49 per month.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and serve all of our clients effectively.
1. How do I book my sessions?
Once you are a client, you can book sessions by contact our front desk staff directly. Please call (818) 462-5976 or email us at 📧 [email protected].
